Oh dear, some silly sod has set free at least 20 balloons, I thought I was having a retinal detachment! Don't they realise this is killing our oceans!! I saw this out of the corner of my seeing eye.

Well Moby, I'm very happy to hear that it wasn't the worst! But I can certainly understand your moment of panic. I once had a neighbor doing target practice in his backyard, I'm sure your fear was much worse than mine at that moment!
